BOOKING POLICIES

BOOKING​

​

A nonrefundable deposit of at least 50% is required to secure all booking dates. Remaining balance due at start of session.

​

All studio sessions require two hour minimum booking and must include 15 minute buffer period at start and end for set-up and breakdown of equipment. ​

​

REVISIONS

​

Up to two rounds of revisions permitted for image retouching, video editing and graphic/web design commissions included at no extra cost.

​

Only final versions of files are included in user licenses. Earlier (pre-revision) versions are to be discarded by client.

​

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING

​

Sessions postponed 72 hours or more ahead of start time may be rescheduled with no additional service fee*​

​

*Note that while I won't charge you extra for my services, any studios/booked shooting spaces will have their own policies which may require additional payment.​

 

Sessions canceled less than 72 hours ahead of start time may be subject to rescheduling fee of up to 50% of original total.

 

Original deposit valid for a period of 30 days. Sessions not redeemed within 30 days are considered to be canceled.

 

Sessions postponed due to artist (TJDDN) emergency may be rescheduled at the convenience of client's schedule.

USAGE​​

Commissioned deliverables (photos, video clips, etc.) are for personal use only unless additional licensing agreement is specified in writing.

What this means:

​

Posting to your personal website or social media accounts is fair game! Things like selling merch, use in ads or submitting to platforms requires an additional licensing agreement. If you're ever uncertain, don't hesitate to reach out and ask! Email info@tjddndoesart.com to ensure a prompt response.

 

Appropriate creator credit is always required. List as TJDDN, tag my socials where available or direct viewers to my site.

REFUNDS

​

If artist is unable to provide service within 30 days of original session date, client may request refund on original deposit in the form of credit to redeem in TJDDN Shop or via future session bookings.

​

NON-LOCAL​

​

Listed commission rates apply to local (Philadelphia, PA) sessions only.

​

Non-local rates are determined based on variables including, but not limited to, travel costs and duration of trip.
